General Terms and Conditions

To ensure that your event with us is a complete success, we have compiled the most important information for you. With your booking you agree to these conditions.

Annulation occasion

up to 20 days before the event

Cancellation free of charge

19 to 10 days before the event

Room rental plus 30% of the menus will be charged

9 to 4 days before the event

Room rental plus 70% of the menus will be charged

from 3 days before the event

Hall rental plus 100% of the pre-ordered menus and CHF 20 per reserved person for scheduled staff and loss of sales

Prices

We reserve the right to adjust prices for bookings made more than 3 months before the event.

Duty of care

No posters or other items may be affixed to the walls, ceilings or doors in our rooms.

Liability

The organizer is liable for all losses or damage caused by him, his employees, assistants or event participants.

Opening hours

On request and with special permission, events are also possible outside regular opening hours.

Legal basis

By making a definitive reservation, the customer confirms that he/she is aware of and accepts the terms and conditions. Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
